Port View Escape is a spacious 3 bedroom home, offering 2 bathrooms, Large Deck Area with fantastic water views and a fully fenced yard. Port View Escape also offers a separate Studio (separately keyed). The studio consists of a Queen Size Bed, single bed and separate bathroom, which makes it a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom configuration for the extra guests.
Situated in a quiet area of town, this popular property has been relisted for Holiday stays by the new owners and will be sure to please with the changes that have already been made.
The main shopping strip and beautiful beaches are just a short walk away from your accommodation.
The modern kitchen contains a dishwasher, oven and cooktop, microwave and coffee machine with the dining and lounge areas located on either side.
Reverse cycle heating is located in the main living area, along with portable heating in bedrooms. The living area opens out to the expansive deck that caters for outdoor entertaining with a BBQ and outdoor furniture.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms within the house. The main bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. STUDIO (separately keyed) has a queen bed, single bed and provides a 3rd bathroom if booking both house and studio. Please note there is an additional cost for the studio, if requested (if under the 7 guests, that the house contains)
This property sleeps up to 10 guests (including the studio) and is a perfect getaway for families.

Clean, comfortable and roomy. Great location with a great view.
The garden needed attention, especially the unmown lawn.
There was a lock box at the rental so could not understand why the key had to be dropped at Aqua.

This is the second time my group has stayed at Port view escape. Always beautifully presented and comfortable. Within an easy walk to the Bunker and the pubs, this is a fatigued golfer's haven. We'll be back.

I do a lot of building work in the area and find port view escape suits my needs its clean and tidy and has a awesome view from the picture window at end of house excellent place to wind down after work
The house was very comfortable and very well equipped. The property description was accurate regarding all aspects. The view was exceptional and made meals outside very desirable. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in a relaxing holiday.
