Dune Views is in an excellent location: sea views and a short walk to the main street

Lovely location with a view and walking distance to the pub!

James was a legend he help us out with bolt cutters when a friend of mine locked his luggage and left the key at home.

This is the 4th year we have stayed in the same property!! We keep coming back!! A couple of things need to be fixed. The bedroom door downstairs cant be closed!! Also it will be great to have a dishwasher!!

We love this property. The beds are comfy, the showers excellent, the big tv, spacious entertaining areas and the views. It’s close to the beach and the shops but in a quiet location.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It has all of the facilities you might need and was very comfortable for the 4 of us. Two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom as do the two downstairs. It is also a less than a 10 minute stroll from the shops. The highlight is the views from the front, and the front and back decks, giving you comfortable outdoor living in most wind conditions.

Property was good for 4 mad golfers plenty of space and easy access to facilities in Bridport

Dune Views was an absolutely beautiful place to stay for our family, it was roomy, warm, clean and comfortable, the view was superb each morning and night and so close to everything in fabulous Bridport, we are already planning the next trip, highly recommend and Susie was excellent through the booking process, thank you!

Be dry happy with our stay, very clean and tidy. Kids had a ball

Very happy with property and location. We were on a golf weekend and the house suited perfectly being able to cook for ourselves with enough room for us all.

Our family have been coming to Bridport every January for 18 years. This year was our favourite. The accommodation was so comfortable and with two adult children the 2 bedrooms with queens and a King were wonderful. The views are spectacular. We will be making this our new regular destination in Bridport.

We traveled from Melbourne to attend event in Little Mussleroe Bay. delighted with the accomodations location short stroll to beach and shops. View fabulous. House well appointed. We would recommend for families.

Was a great base for our golf trip, lots of room, and comfortable space

overall, a lovely place to stay being close to shops and beaches!! we had a couple from South Africa staying with us who found it dangerous to step up and down from the deck without any handrails!! Also 2 lights did not work in the hallway to the upstairs . And last but not least i find it personally more and more frustating to look at all extra conditions!

We had a great time at the holiday rental. My brother, my mate and I stayed at Bridport for the fact it’s only 10 mins drive from Barnbougle golf courses (no 2 and 3 best in Australia) as I bet a lot of your guests do as well. We loved the fact we could walk in under 10 mins to the majority of eateries in Bridport. We are lucky we went to Bridport hotel on our first night. The 500 gram scotch with the beef and reef sauce knocked our socks off. This became our go pub/restaurant for meals after trying another restaurant on our second night. No comparison for quality and value. The locals we met in the bar were nice and friendly. One guy had a golden retriever pup in there that he had named Duncan as he loves to have a beer with Duncan. Had a great pool table next to an open fire too. Closes early (8.30 pm Monday night) as it got pretty quiet after 8pm. The rental was really clean and has amazing views overlooking the bay. We didn’t get to appreciate the front deck area as our stay was in the middle of winter but with the sun coming through the kitchen and lounge windows in the morning, I think it would be well appreciated for stays not during winter taking in the views. Only issue we had was the downstairs bathroom shower head that droops down and won’t stay up. Ended up propping it up with the widow squeegee to lift into perfect height. Gets a little chilly but the reverse cycle heats the house up pretty fast. Would love to come back and stay another time. You can definitely see why Barnbougle is rated so high. A lovely, well appointed property perfect for family or friends. Close to town and all amenities. The upstairs bathroom is a bit compact and bijou, but other than that all good. Meow

Really enjoyed our stay at your property. Great location to the cafes,shops and beach. The property was well equipped with everything as well as the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

We have been staying here for a couple of years now for our annual Barnbougle Golf Trip. It is in a great location, easy walk to town. The new owners have continually improving it since acquiring. There is now WiFi, a nice big TV and a new lounge suite. Its suits the four us perfectly and will stay here for the ongoing forseeable future.

A great house for a golf trip.

A spacious 4 bedroom home with extensive views towards Bass Strait. The 3 double bedrooms were fine - the bunks a little awkward for an adult but comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. We never got to use BBQ but was a good size located on a smallish balcony at rear (would be nicer on the front deck!). Yards saturated (recent rain) but orderly. Short walk to shops. We were hoping to have access to black house at rear but paling fence replaced with permalum (why not install a gate and advertise link access for golf groups?) All in all a nice home and we enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, spacious and great location

Dune Views was a well kept place and convenient for our group who travelled to Tasmania for a weekend of golf at Barnbougle.

Stayed here in July and again in October for golf at Barnbougle. Really well appointed and looked after. Close to town. We walked to the pub for dinner. This will be our ongoing place to stay.

Fantastic house, spotless, great location easy 5 minute walk into town.
